			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Somehow I completely missed this great post on the Seeking Alpha blog titled &#8220;<a href="http://seekingalpha.com/article/158034-yahoo-hopes-to-take-people-search-away-from-google">Yahoo hopes to take People Search away from Google</a>&#8220;.</p>
<p>It details how Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz seems to think that Yahoo will become the surfer&#8217;s choice over Google when it comes to the area of <a href="http://googlepeoplesearch.net">google people search</a>.   I think that it&#8217;s going to take a lot more than a fresh interface for this to ever happen.  It&#8217;s great if they can pull it off and actually add value to the proposed search deal with Bing, but I&#8217;m very skeptical based on Yahoo&#8217;s steep technological nose-dive the last few years.</p>
